Menda City is a film produced by world acclaimed Nigerian producer, Victor Fidelis Okafor (Victorist Gold Production) & Directed by South Africans Joe Khumalo, Presley Chweneyagae and Zenzo Ngqobe.

The film tells the story of South meets West, Presley Chweneyyagae (Tsotsi 2005) portraying a character of Don P, one of the most feared gangsters in the township, with his partner in crime Zenzo Ngqobe.(Rhythm City,Tsotsi) portraying a character of JJ a xenophobic lay back gangster who hates foreigners with passion & call them Amakwerekwere.

Its a South African Gangsters meeting Nigerian White Collar Crime kingpin by the name of Carlos Ortega (Elozie Nwaubisi), all in the name.of fraud, when these two elements meets all hell broke loss. Starring:Presley Chweneyagae
