Description
The Ami Balls exercise and strenghens the pelvis floor muscles of the vagina.
10 minutes a day for 2 weeks is the recommended “exercise” time. This time can be extended once you are used to the balls.
The Je Joue Ami Balls are inserted into the vagina which has a free weight then moving around inside. The movement of the weighted balls will stimulate the vaginal walls which will cause the muscles to contract and to do the “exercise” for you.
It is recommended that the product be used from the age 18 year and over.
