I bought one of these on takealot, and within a few days it stopped working, they replaced it and it functioned but not very well, it struggled to make enough ice for a family of 3. Just after a year it stopped working again. After contacting Russell Hobbs they are not willing to fix the product even though it comes with a 2 year warranty.
