Returns & Warranty
All items marked "Local Stock" carry the full manufacturer warranty in South Africa, normally for a period of 1 or 2 years.
All items marked "Parallel Import" do not carry the manufacturer warranty however are supported for a period of 1 year by Connected Devices.
All items marked "Special Order" do not carry the manufacturer warranty however are supported for a period of 6 months by Connected Devices.

Payment
We require payment within 2 working days unless by prior arrangement.
We do not reserve stock for more than 2 working days.
