INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
This model cuts any thickness of biltong slices (between 2 and 9 mm)! The perfect slicer for the picky biltong lover who prefers different thickness slices for different types of meat - beef or venison.
Screw the hand biltong multislicer onto a suitable table top. Adjust the thickness to what you prefer by turning the adjustable knob. Place the biltong at the edge of the blade and turn the handle for cutting. You can fit a bowl below it to catch your biltong slices. Remove the slices from time to time, to prevent it from building up onthe inside of the slicer.
Hand wash the slicer with soap and warm water or simply wipe with a damp cloth and store in a clean dry place.
After prolonged use, the blade can be sharpened. The multi slicer uses the same trusted spiral blade as the original Claasens hand biltong slicers.
