Powder Hair Dye - Turquoise

Directions of use: Select a piece of hair you would like coloured. If your hair is dark we advise you bleach, the result will be brighter. Mix enough dye for that section of hair with conditioner to form a paste and apply to area. Leave the dye on for 25-30 minutes and rinse. ROCK THE LOOK!!!
