The USN body makeover challenge is a challenge about self-improvement aimed at choosing the competitor who has made the biggest lifestyle change during the 12 weeks.
Step 1: Choose your category (male or female) and use the body makeover registration entry booklet.
Step 2: Take your "before" photo holding a newspaper of the day as proof of your start date (photos have to be submitted at the end of the 12 weeks only).
Step 3: Transform your body and lifestyle using USN products. The starter pack is your introduction to the USN supplement range. The contents of the starter pack will have to be replenished during the 12 weeks.
Step 4: Track your progress using the booklet in this box or on the website. Important measurements will be body weight and body fat percentage at the start, end of week 6 and end of week 12.
Step 5: Once you have completed the 12-week challenge, take your "after" photo and write a report on how the challenge changed your lifestyle.
Step 6: Enter the challenge by returning your entry booklet or completing the process online.
Step 7: USN will send a certificate of completion.
