This Smart Energy meter has an LCD screen that measures Kwh on any 220Volt equipment ranging from 5Wh up. It also comes with a open collector output pulse that will pulse once for every 0.625 watt per hour used (1600 Pulses for 1Kwh), it is DIN rail mounted for easy use. You can reset the Total Energy (kWh) This unit as it is intended to be used as a CLASS 1 energy meter, even when power is removedyour last reading will be saved. The display has 5 Digits + 1 Decimal Digit (eg. 125.7Kwh)This meter also has a button to scroll through the menu to display different variables (Meter Version,Voltage,Current,ActivePower,Reactive Power,Power Factor,Frequency,Total Energy,+Total Energy,-Total Energy) it has the ability to measure your total
energy in one direction and also the reverse total energy in the oposite direction (Eg. Charge and Discharged)You can use this meter to measure any equipments energy usage over a period of time to give you a better idea on what size Solar system
you would need, or even what size Inverter you would require to run a couple of items round the house.
