Does a SIM card need to be linked to a mobile phone ? or does it need a separate SIM card just for the watch?
The watch requires a separate SIM card. It should have its own number.
How are calls made from the parent to the watch?
The watch SIM number needs to be linked to the App. Within the App, the parent sets their number in the Contacts. Only the numbers on the App can call the watch, maximum 10 numbers.
If the child wearing the watch calls a number i.e. one of the 10 programmed numbers the sim card in the watch will be charged.
How much data does the watch use?
It uses very little data.
Is the battery rechargeable and how often should it be recharged?
Yes it is rechargeable; it should last about 2 days before needing to be recharged.
If my child drops it in the pool, is it waterproof?
No, unfortunately, the watch is not waterproof.
Help! My watch has been lost/stolen. Can I track it?
Unfortunately if the battery is flat you won't be able to track it...however you would get the last known location on the map before it went flat. If the watch has been stolen, it cannot be registered to another account.
