GMO -free gluten-free bread premix
Just add water
Add flaxseed powder to transform into fibre rich ‘brown’ loaf
Directions
Mix contents of packet with 475 ml water
Pour into a medium sized greased loaf tin and allow to stand for 5 minutes before baking
For best results use a fan assisted oven
Cover with tin foil to prevent burning
Bake at 220°C (conventional oven) or 200°C (fan assisted oven) for 50-60 minutes
Cooking time may vary between ovens. for 1 hour.
Suggestion: To make brown bread, add 5 tbsp Flaxseed Powder to premix and use an extra 25ml water.
