Novalac AR Digest Infant Formula 800g is specially formulated for infants suffering from severe regurgitation. It is suitable for the dietary management of babies from birth

Usage instructions:

This product is not always sterile. It must be prepared and used appropriately.

Feeding guide: Age (months) - 0 to 1 - 1 to 2 - 2 to 4 - 4 to 6 - >6. Weight (kg) - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - >7.5.

Feeds per day: 6 - 5 - 5 - 4* - 3*.

Level scoops per feed: 4 - 5 - 6 - 8 - 8. Cooled boiled water (ml) - 120 - 150 - 180 - 240 - 240. *As part of the diversified diet as of 6 months. This is a general guide only. Your baby may need more or less than indicated depending on their appetite. 4.3 g measuring scoop enclosed. Always add one level scoopful to 30 ml of cooled pre-boiled water. Reconstitution: 13% - 1 spoon (4.3 g) per 30 ml of water. This product shall only be used on the advice of a health professional.

This product is not always sterile and may contain harmful microorganisms. It must be prepared and used appropriately. Does not contain breast milk. Breast milk is the best food for babies.

How to prepare a feeding bottle of Novalac?

Always wash your hands before preparing a bottle. Only one feed should be prepared at a time. Only use the measuring scoop provided. The formula should be consumed within one hour of preparation.

1. Wash the feeding bottle, cap, teat, and any utensils to be used, and sterilise them in boiling water.
2. Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes and allow to cool to 40 degrees C or heat clean fresh mineral water with a low mineral content to 40 degrees C.
3. Pour the required amount of water (see feeding guide) into the bottle.
4. Measure the correct quantity of formula (see feeding guide) into the bottle using the scoop provided. Always use one level scoopful per 30 ml of water. Do not add sugar.
5. Secure the lid on the bottle and shake well until the powder is completely dissolved.
6. Let cool to lukewarm temperature (37 degrees C). Test the temperature on your wrist before feeding. Any formula left after feeding should be discarded immediately.

Usage: In case of protein allergies, prematurity, low-birth weight or in case of immunocompromised infants, please seek advice from a qualified health professional. The protein source in Novalac AR digest is cow's milk. The product is not suitable for parenteral use. This product is packed under a protective atmosphere.
