Description
We share a soft spot with our friends atOrigin Coffee Roastingfor Kenyan coffee. The best of the country's crops are fruity, bold, bright & simply delicious. This new offering really exemplifies all these quintessential Kenyan characteristics. Despite a masterful light roast, the coffee's body is full and underpins a number of tart fruit flavours including berries, cape gooseberries & a hint of stone fruit.
While we didn't find any brew method that we didn't enjoy this coffee in, it seems to love agitation which brings out a sweetness to balance all those more acidicfruit flavours. For that reason, this coffee really shines in the Aeropress where you can use your stirring paddle to coax out the sweetness.
