Tips for Use
To stimulate hair growth, remedy scalp conditions and condition hair: massage into your scalp 1-2 times a week (you can warm it a little to help it penetrate)
To condition dry, permed, and coloured hair: to deeply hydrate and seal in moisture add 3Tbsp to a deep conditioner and apply once a week
Hot Oil Treatment: Once a week, warm 3Tbspmcastor oil and massage into hair. You can cover with plastic or put on heating cap for a half hour. Alternatively, massage castor oil into your hair, put on heating cap and sit under dryer for 10min
Skin treatment: Massage into skin to moisturise dry skin and to help relieve common skin problems
For Aches and Pains: Warm and use as a comforting massage oil, massing into areas of discomfort for soothing relief
