Dosage Directions
- Adults and children over 12 years of age: For optimal health benefits and essential fatty acid replenishment:
- Take 1 capsule twice daily with meals. For additional cardiovascular, central nervous system and anti- inflammatory support this dose can be increased to 2 capsules 3 times daily with meals
- Children under 12 years of age: Take half the adult dose
