We can't help you with the mind thing (there are therapists that'll charge Monopoly amounts of money for that), but the bag: sorted.

Paklite Warranty:
All Paklite products are guaranteed for three 3 years (model dependant) against defective workmanship and materials. Business collections and daypacks are covered by a 12 month warranty. Warranty period is effective from the date of purchase. Retain sales docket as proof of purchase date. If such a defect appears within the specified warranty period, Paklite will repair or replace (at its discretion) the product free of charge. Simply return the product, along with an explanation of the defect and proof of purchase (printed cash register receipt), to the Paklite distributor or re-seller in the country of purchase.
This is not an international warranty. Please note this warranty is only valid in the original country of purchase. All claim must be conducted in the original country of purchase.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, consequential damage or damage caused by carriers. We urge you to take out travel insurance, inspect your luggage after each trip and submit a claim to the carrier if damage occurs. Paklite will not enter into negotiation with respect to damage caused outside the normal parameters of use or damage caused by third party misuse.
Important: wear and tear is not covered under warranty:
Items not covered by warranty include: Worn or misused zippers and zipper sliders, worn wheels, torn or scuffed fabric. Any damage caused by airlines or carriers such as broken internal structure or frames should be claimed on travel insurance or a claim should be lodged with the at fault party.
