Dilute 25 ml of liquid in 1 litre of cold water. Mix well. Take fat loss drink throughout the day. Add ice or keep chilled in the refrigerator. Add mint leaves for extra refreshment. DO NOT USE after 4pm as if could affect your sleep pattern.
