The Barretts Ridge Beer Bread mix contains all the necessary dry ingredients to make a loaf of original flavor Beer Bread. There is no measuring, kneading or expensive equipment required. Just add one 330ml beer, mix together and bake. After approximately 45 minutes you will have a loaf of fresh, exceedingly tasty bread. The Barretts Ridge mix can also be used for mini loaves or muffins - simply adjust baking time accordingly. It also makes a great batter for chicken, fish and onion rings.

The mix is packged in calico bags which have been hand sewn by South African charity, Hands of Hope; and the masuga labels which are locally produced on environmentally friendly paper.
