Tips for use
Hot Oil HairTreatment:
Warm 3 Tbsp castor oil and massage into hair
Put on heating cap for a half hour or massage castor oil into hair, put on heating cap and sit under a dryer for 10 minutes
For added moisture for dry, permed and coloured hair: Add 3 Tbsp to your deep conditioner and use once a week to add and seal in moisture
Skin Treatment:
Massage into skin to moisturise dry skin and to help relieve common skin problems
Aches and Pains:
Warm and massage into areas of discomfort for soothing relief
