I bought this after my dental hygienist recommended that I buy a power toothbrush after completing several months of expensive and painful dental work due to neglect and failure to visit a dentist on my part. Just used this for the first time. My teeth definitely feel cleaner than with regular brushing. I feel like I can finally clean behind my rear molars for the first time. I like that it stops spinning if you press too hard. Hopefully my dentist will notice more improvement when I go back
