Our Coconut Flour, produced in Mozambique, is course-milled and  full flavoured, lending baked goods a rich texture and natural sweetness.

You can replace up to 10-20% of the flour called for in recipes with coconut flour, adding an equivalent amount of additional liquid to the recipe.
