Just keep the core in the freezer, so it stays cold, then when you're ready, pop the holding bowl in, fit the core and the churn inside it, and cover it with the splashguard. Pour in your ice cream custard, frozen yoghurt mixture, or sorbet mix and leave it to churn for between 15 and 30 minutes. Smooth, creamy, delicious frozen delights will soon be yours.
