Designed for long-lasting performance
Each pair of Voyager 40 outdoor speakers features a 4-1/2" graphite injected woofer, allowing the production of a more resonant bass without bottoming out. The 3/4" soft dome tweeter is made of Kortec*, a multi-layered material exclusive to Boston's tweeters that allows them to deliver smooth, articulate highs without any unwanted resonance. The Voyager 40's tough polypropylene cabinet resists damage from moisture and ultraviolet light, and all the internal parts are sealed and gasketed. The Voyager 40 can even be used safely in marine environments.
