Description
Oliver Twist is a novel by Charles Dickens about a young boy who is forced to live on the streets after being orphaned. He is taken in by a group of criminals, but is eventually able to escape and find a new life.
Roman Polanski's adaptation of Charles Dickens' classic novel. When Oliver Twist (Barney Clark) escapes from a miserable apprenticeship to London, the Artful Dodger (Harry Eden) initiates him into an infamous gang of pickpockets led by the notorious Fagin (Sir Ben Kingsley). After a robbery goes wrong an innocent Oliver soon finds himself on the run from the evil Bill Sykes (Jamie Foreman).
