Description
The Eye Trilogy is a box set of three Chinese-language horror films. The first film, "The Eye," is about a woman who begins to see strange, malevolent apparitions after attempting suicide. The second film, "The Eye 2," follows Joey as she becomes pregnant and is haunted by the apparitions. The third and final film, "The Eye ...Infinity," follows the four teenagers who summon the spirits of the dead and are then haunted themselves.
The Eye
Welcome to a world where nothing is as it seems. Here, the blind see through the haunted eyes of the dead, strange forces play cruel tricks on the mind, and the spirits of those departed haunt the living.
The Eye 2
Whilst recovering from a failed suicide attempt, Joey wakes to see malevolent apparitions of strangers watching over her. Discounting them as hallucinations, she discovers she is pregnant and looks forward to a new start in life. But the demons still haunt her. To discover what is happening Joey visits a Buddhist monk who foresees the terror that awaits her and her unborn child.
The Eye ...Infinity
Whilst visiting their friend in Thailand, four teenagers pass the time by telling each other ghost stories and dabbling in black magic. After following the instructions in an old book that claims to be the key to seeing the dead, they unleash a series of events that cause one of the group to disappear and another to become a complete recluse. On their return, they try to put the experience behind them, but it turns out that the dead aren't going to let them off that easily.
In Cantonese, Mandarin and Thai with English subtitles.
