This is a summary of the Inch Loss Pilates DVD. This DVD is a Pilates-based exercise programme that combines a variety of exercises with a flowing sequence. There are two levels available, and the DVD is shot in the beautiful Canary Islands. The presenter is fitness expert Lucy Knight, and the DVD is designed to help you develop longer, leaner muscles, improve strength, flexibility and posture, and help you lose inches.

Pilates is not just a series of exercises, it is a whole new approach to movement! Developed by Joseph Pilates about 90 years ago, this practise will help you develop longer, leaner muscles, whilst improving strength, flexibility and posture and setting the conditions for inch loss.
This programme is shot entirely on location in the beautiful Canary Islands and is presented by fitness expert Lucy Knight. With regular practice this programme can make a real positive difference to your body shape.
