The mini home trainer is designed for daily training at home or office. Thanks to the magnetic flywheel, the mini bike is very quiet, so it doesn't disturb you or your colleagues at work.The magnetic resistance of the pedal trainer can be adjusted manually. Depending on the fitness level you can choose between 8 different settings to adjust the resistance.
During the workout, the digital display informs you of the distance, speed and approximate calorie consumption.
The display can be easily be moved with the extension cable and placed on the stand which is included in the scope of delivery.
To prevent slipping, the mini exercise bike is equipped with four feet. The feet have more grip on carpets than on smooth floors such as laminate.
The pedals have foot straps to be able to pedal firmly. The foot straps are adjustable in size.
