Our unique studio includes classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Nia, Dancing, Kiddies Yoga, Tai Chi,& Meditation.You are welcome to bring your own mat or use the mats that we supply. Yoga modalities include: Rehab/ Kundalini/ Yin/ Vinyassa/ Ballet Barre/ Ishta
All our classes are suitable for beginners. We encourage men and women of any fitness levels and ages to join our Life Retreat Studio. Always something fantastic for everyone to experience and enjoy.
