Description
The Nemtek Fence Meter is a device that measures the electrical condition of an electric fence. It has a belt clip, a water-resistant case, and a low battery warning. The voltage display range is from -14kV to 14kV, the current display range is from 1A to 85A, and the automatic turn-on voltage is 150V. The battery type is 2 x 1.5V AAA, and the battery life is estimated to be around 200 hours. The fence meter is designed to operate in temperatures from -10C to 50C.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Nemtek Fence Meter measures the electrical condition of an electric fence. By holding the meter against the fence wire the meter will turn on automatically when it detects a fence voltage. The fence voltage, current and the direction of a possible fence fault will be displayed on the LCD. The fence meter will automatically turn off after a few seconds when not in use. The long battery life allows for simple operation and storage
