This is a fake Cardiology III stethoscope. It is just as good as the real Cardiology III stethoscope. It fits all the original brand parts. The only downside is that it does not come with the Littmann Warranty.
Call this a "fake Cardiology III stethoscope", but it's quite as good as the Cardio III.

For other colours, buy an A-type tubing and fit it to your stethoscope yourself. I call it a bargain!
