Purchasing a seal that is fractionally longer than the gap you want to seal will create a better barrier against leaks.

Fitting Tips:
For curved screens, soaking the shower seal in hot water before fitting will provide flexibility.
Soapy water will assist in installation, especially fitting around a curved screen.
Cutting the seals should be carried out using cutters, serrated knife, stanley knife, hacksaw.
Clean and dry the bottom of the shower screen before fitting the seal.
