This glow in the dark paint absorbs light and glows in the dark. After a while, when the glow effect will fade and needs to be recharged by exposing it to the light again. To make the work waterproof, waterbased varnish can be used. Applied by brush. Cleans up easily with soap and water. Non toxic. Certified by EN 71 & CE.
