It also has enhanced optical heart rate technology that gauges the intensity of your fitness activities as well as heart rate variability to calculate your stress level score. The watch also has a Pulse Ox sensor that is used to acclimate to altitude or to monitor sleep. The watch also has multi-GNSS support and ABC sensors that allow you to navigate your next trail. The watch has built-in sports apps that include trail running, swimming, running, biking, hiking, rowing, golfing and more.
