Description
Originating from the trellised vineyards of Paarl and Stellenbosch: The grapes were harvested early in the morning and fermented in stainless steel tank for 10 days. After fermentation, the wine was transferred to 2nd and 3rd fill French and American oak barrels where it matured for 12 months before bottling.
This wine brims with mulberry, plums and vanilla notes on the nose. It has juicy red fruit flavours on the palate with a hint of spice on the finish.
