The parabolic solar cooker is an extraordinary appliance that provides totally free energy using only sunlight. It uses the same principle as a magnifying glass on a bigger scale, and this allows you to cook as if you were using your gas plate or oven-top at home. This unit will boil a litre of water in approximately 12 minutes and reach temperatures of over 200 degrees C. It can be used to cook, bake and even fry foods. Rice, stews, porridge, fried dishes, bread bakes and many other dishes can be cooked, with surprisingly little difference to normal stove cooking. Different sizes are available for different needs, with the larger models being more powerful.
