The RAIDMAX Xt 500W Power Supply is a new entry-level PSU from Raidmax that comes in three different wattages: 300W, 400W, and 500W. It offers basic features such as a low-noise fan, support for Core "Haswell" C-states, and modern electrical protection mechanisms. The 300W model does not have PCIe power cables, the 400W model has a single 6-pin cable, and the 500W model has a 6+2 pin cable in addition to the 6-pin. Other connectors include 24-pin ATX, 4+4 pin EPS, 4x SATA-power, and two 4-pin Molex. Pricing has not been announced yet. The PSU also supports single +12V output, has a honeycomb ventilation design for heat dissipation, and supports C6/C7 power saving mode on Intel Haswell CPUs. It also has up to 4 or 5 SATA connectors for multiple hard drives and full protections against SCP, OVP, and OPP. The PSU also features a 120mm silent fan with smart thermal fan speed control circuit. Customers are advised to confirm stock availability before placing an order.
