Note: Our Macadamias come to us directly from the farmer and a certain percentage areimmature. Immature Macadamias tend to be a little on the soft side and a little sour (these are not rancid). The great majority of our nuts are however mature and as a result crispy and sweet.
Macadamia nuts are buttery nuts, considered one of the worlds finest nuts.
