This is a product that is designed to help with the brewing process. It includes a two-pack of fine mesh strainers that can be used to filter out grain during the brewing process. It also includes a cold brew coffee bag strainer bag that can be used to filter out coffee during the brewing process. Finally, it includes a boiling bag that can be used to boil water during the brewing process.
Brew recipes of all grain or partial mash while saving time and preventing grain from spilling with the G. Francis | Boiling Bag 2-Pack. Each holds approximately 1 gallon of pulp or similar substance, and 20 full bags can comfortable fit inside a standard 5-gallon bucket. Fill your kettle with water and heat to strike water temperature (your recipe should specify a strike and sparge water temperature), allow grain to sit for recommended mashing time, lift to let bag drain and pour additional sparge water over bag to rinse remaining sugars out of grain (do not squeeze bag), then set bag and grain aside.
