The Lekue Silicone Baking Mat is a silicone baking mat that is treated with special non-stick properties. The mat is made of silicone and fiberglass, which allows for optimum distribution of heat and uniform cooking in a shorter time. The mat is also a cooking utensil, not simply a baking sheet liner.
