The following is a product description for HP 920XL ink cartridges that are remanufactured. The instructions for using the cartridges are as follows: first, set them upside down for a few hours to allow the ink to settle; then, remove the yellow tape and orange cover; use tissue to wipe the ink off the cartridges; and finally, confirm the printer model before ordering. If the printer cannot recognize the ink cartridges, turn off the printer for 30 seconds and then turn it on again. If the cartridges still do not work, the user can remove the ink cartridges and use a eraser to clean the chips on the cartridge.
