Description
This product is an Active PoE Splitter that allows you to split a PoE signal into an 12VDC power and 10/100Mbps ethernet data source. It has a shielded RJ-45 female input and an RJ-45 male output, as well as a 25cm DC power cable. It is designed for use with IEEE 802.3af networks and has an operating ambient temperature range of -10 to 45 degrees Celsius.
The Active PoE Splitter splits a PoE signal into an 12VDC power and 10/100Mbps ethernet data source.
This device allows you to run ethernet cables from a POE Switch over long distance, and then split the PoE signal into a separate data signal and 12Vdc power sources in order to run an non-PoE devices.
