High pulleys for various excercises
This home gym has a high pulley with a bended bar which can be used for for example: a lat pulldown, ab crunch or a triceps pushdown excercises. The low pulley with a straight bar can be used for excercises like the seated row, biceps curl or the upright now. Your own training material can be adjusted to both pulleys. A musketon hook can, for example, be used to attach a rowing grip or triceps rope.
Training your arms
The home gym has an adjustable chest press for training your arms. This press can be placed in various positions. A seperate press can be used for a horizontal butterfly. The handles have solid rubber to protect the hands and offer comfort.
Training your legs
The Tunturi HG40 has a leg press to train your legs. The leg press has comfortable foam rollers to protect the shins.
