Description
This product is a chip card with 64K of memory. It is designed for use in access control systems, and can handle a wide range of voltages. It has a two-wire serial interface and is capable of 100 kHz and 400 kHz data transfer rates. It is also write-protected and has a self-timed write cycle.
Description Contact chip blank card (#AT24C64 Chip) ,64K SERIAL EEPROM Internally organized with 512 pages of 16 bytes each,
the 64K requires an 11-bit data word address for random word addressing.
