The McGill Paper Blossoms Lever Punch is a tool used for creating 3D paper flowers. It is part of the Paper Blossoms Punch System and requires the use of the Paper Blossom Tool Set (sold separately). The punch is shaped like an Alpine Snowflake and measures 1.5 inches. It can also be used as a regular paper punch for other crafting projects.
