Vanguard Alta GH-100 Pistol Grip Ballhead Product Info The ALTA GH-100 Pistol Grip Ball Head from Vanguard is designed for action photography. By squeezing the ergonomic handle, it releases the hold on the ball, allowing you to position your camera angle. Once you release the handle it automatically locks into place. The magnesium ball head features two panning axes, which are located at the base of the head and the other just under the quick release plate. The panning base, with its separate panning lock, rotates a full 360°, and moves freely to follow a fast-paced subject. The second base has 72-click points with 5° intervals, which allows a camera to create panoramic photographs. Moreover, the ball has a lateral tilt of -32 to 90° and a frontal tilt of -8 to 90°. The pistol grip itself can also rotate 360° vertically to 8 pre-set positions. Of course, this is to make the position of the grip comfortable during shooting, and with a load capacity of 13.2 lb and its tension control you can rest assured that the camera will not creep or move anywhere. In addition, the QS-65GH proprietary plate pops into the quick release mechanism and is secured by the dual-locking levers. Specifications: Material of Construction Magnesium Alloy Load Capacity 13.2 lb (6 kg) Quick Release Yes Spirit Level Yes (1) Tension Control Yes Separate Panning Lock Base: Yes Top: 72-click point panoramic base Pan Range 360° Tilt Range Lateral Tilt: -32~90° Frontal Tilt: -8~90° Tripod Mount Thread Size 3/8"-16 with a 1/4"-20 screw adapter Height 4.1" (105 mm) Weight 1.4 lb (635 g) Package Contents:

Vanguard Alta GH-100 Pistol Grip Ballhead
