Questions and Solutions: Q1.How to reset this router?
While the router is power on,press the reset button for 10 seconds,wait for the led light and wifi indicator on ,then reset the extender according to the instruction in the manual.
Q2.What can I do if the login page does not appear?
Verify the login address is entered correctly in URL search box(192.168.10.1)
Make sure your computer is connected to the msrm network
Try another web browser to open the login page again
Reboot your router and try again
Use ethernet cable to connect your computer and extender.
Q3:why router password can not be recongnized?
Use other devices to set the extender
Check your router encryption way ,if wep ,pls change it to wpa.
Q4: Why the WiFi extender could not boosts my WiFi speed?
Answer: Please note that the Wi-Fi extender only extends the Wi-Fi coverage, could not BOOST the speed of your original router or hold the same speed of the original router
