FAQ: 1) "It can work for the thermometer I have, but the accuracy is too low, 15% different, why?" MIEO: There is temperature thermosensitive sensor wrapped in the top of probe. The parameter of thermosensitive sensor is designed only for MIEO BBQ thermometer (HR642, HB642, SH250, SH251,SH252 etc). If the thermometer is not made by Mieo, the sensor maybe not compatible and cause the accuracy is low.
Please check this matter before purchase the probe sensor.
