The thermometer has a dual monitor system that will alert you with push notifications on your smartphone if the meat reaches the set temperature. The thermometer also has a large electric backlit LCD display that can be set on a surface stand or held. The thermometer also has a upgraded stainless steel cable that can withstand high heat temp of up to 482 F. The thermometer also requires (2) x 'AA' batteries.
