This package contains twenty high quality needles -- ten 38 gauge star, five 36 gauge star, and five 40 gauge twisted. The star needle helps you to felt more quickly as it has four sides instead of three (like the triangle needle). The 40 gauge twist blade is excellent for fine detail. The numbers and types of needles have been chosen with care. The needles are color coded. Each size comes in its own tube (3 tubes in total) with a sticker detailing the color codes. This will help you to know the sizes of the needles. You can store your needles in the tubes, and take them with you when you travel. The needles are very sharp. Take care when using them.
