The Koolance SHR-1020BK 3X120MM Fan Radiator Shroud is designed for use with 3 x 120mm fans. It is made of high quality brushed and anodized aluminum with polymer side rails, and includes mounting bushings and bolts. The fan hole spacing is 15mm, and the hole stencil is available here. The dimensions are 7.25" x 1.25" x 16.50" (18.4cm x 3.2cm x 42cm).
