THE Braai RE-INVENTED The BraaiMaxx is a revolution in outdoor cooking with 2
independent cooking areas that allow interchangeable cooking surfaces to be
used; 2 at a time. Each cooking side has an independent dome which is insulated
and includes a thermometer. The beauty of it is that you can cook two different
dishes at the same time! All of the accessories can be stored and protected in
the custom-designed rack on the inside of the cabinet and on the other side, a
gas bottle can be conveniently stored hidden from view. Two fixed side tables
offer plenty of room for food preparation. The easy-clean system allows the
burner box to be washed and any debris goes to the collection cup. Includes a
hose / regulator and a Braai cover.

Burner System:
5-Jet Burner: With the CADAC 5-Jet burner you can slow cook for hours at
low temperatures (at 100C) constantly, or high cook and bake at high
temperatures near 300C. Each burner is finely adjustable, includes both piezo
ignition and flame failure shut off.
